If you found this problem, just simply connect the iPhone to iTunes to start activation. But you should have official SIM card that come along with the iPhone. When you connect the iPhone to iTunes with unofficial SIM card inside, iTunes will say: “The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.”.
TO solve this problem, you need an official SIM card to activate your iPhone. If you don have one, you should jailbreak to activate your iphone.
